A condensed program of multiple occupancies. The two building are situated facing communal gardens, looking over the Limassol coast line.

The buildings are situated in such a way as to condense the maximum possible units within a minimised access core design. The towers are oriented in such a way that their twisting form gives each independent unit its own unique placement and an unobstructed view of the Limassol marina, communal gardens and sea front.
