Moon House
A three bedroom house as an exploration into new sculptural methods for creating a unique series of interlocking and overlapping communal spaces. This house has also been designed to be used on a 24 hour lifecycle, for late night working hours, and has been influenced by the integration of solar and lunar lighting studies.
Central to this design is the diffusion of expected inside/outside relationships of space thus creating new architectural scenarios. Stereotypical scenarios have also been questioned and redefined, such as the swimming pool area which has been treated as an external landscape of overlapping events.
