Luxury two-storey, passive house for a family of five, located on a hill top. The front of the building which is accessed from the road creates two separate entrances to the house (upper level and lower level) due to the ascending garden. The upper level hosts the bedrooms where as the ground level hosts the living spaces which open up towards the swimming pool and panoramic views of the hill top

The ascending garden essentially buries half of the ground floor space, creating necessary thermal insulation. The south face acts to introduce direct sunlight in the winter and uses its sun shading system to protect the interior in the summer.
