Competition proposal for the Cyprus Cultural Center focused on the manipulation of foyers as public space and the extension of this space into the public plaza.

The result is the transformation of the plaza into an extended seasonal foyer and vice versa. This open public space of simultaneity creates a lively, urban condition, fusing the cultural programs of music, theater, art, education and the civic programs of the parliament within flows of everyday urban living.
