Matossian Center

A mixed use scheme, developed to offer a lifestyle experience of work, shopping, catering and relaxation area. The design allows each use to operate independently or as part of a complex, depending on the management requirements of the building.

Designed to high specification, the complex includes 5 luxury apartments, two levels of flexible and high specification office space, a restaurant and roof garden, leisure facilities, an external piazza, a cafeteria and two levels of retail space.

The various events center around a central, elevated, covered plaza which acts as a platform to merge all of the uses together within a vibrant and social atmosphere, designed to take advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
