This eco-conscious project is located in the city center on a primary avenue. Pedestrian mobility is limited in this area and so the buildings design incorporates a public square at its base. The re-introduction of street-level activity generates a more viable environment for ground level retail functions. The resulting building includes the public piazza, panoramic penthouse maisonettes in addition to six levels of flexible, high-specification office space including underground parking facilities.
