Polydorou Architects was established in Nicosia, Cyprus in 1992 .

In 2013, the research arm of the office, Relab Studio, was launched for purpose of investigating areas which stem from or effect architectural practise.

The office currently operates in Cyprus and the UK and offers expertise on a variety of scales of property development.
